As the culinary partner of Ajax, we are elevating the matchday experience at the Johan Cruijff ArenA. BAUT is not only bringing an Amsterdam institution into the stadium, but also creating a gastronomic prelude for three exclusive target groups that seamlessly aligns with the energy of top-tier football.
We host three distinct receptions, each with its own character, audience, and culinary signature:
BAUT Backstage – 150 Business Members
House of Legends – 100 VIP guests
Skyclub – 62 high-end guests
In addition, we provide private chefs during matches and concerts, further strengthening the premium hospitality standard of the ArenA.

In BAUT Backstage and House of Legends, we serve a three-course menu that acts as a culinary prelude to the match.
A combination of speed, sophistication, and the characteristic BAUT signature, designed to energize, surprise, and fit perfectly within the rhythm of matchday. The atmosphere is lively, informally luxurious, and entirely focused on connection between guests, business members, and their associates.
The Skyclub is one of the most iconic spaces in the stadium, a place where Champions League-level hospitality is the norm. Here, we serve 62 VIP guests who are accustomed to the highest possible standards. We serve five refined amuses, prepared and presented by a private chef directly in the lounge. Ultra-personalized, high-end, and fully tailored to an audience that expects the best of the best.
Beyond these three outlets, we provide exclusive private chefs during both matches and concerts at the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Small groups of guests receive a bespoke culinary experience in their own private lounge that goes beyond standard stadium hospitality—this is restaurant-level dining in the heart of one of Europe's largest stadiums. Our partnership with Ajax demonstrates that top-tier sports and top-tier gastronomy can reinforce one another.
