Introduction
As the proud catering partner of one of Amsterdam’s most high-end event venues—Capital C—we have the privilege of providing the culinary signature for special moments at this iconic location, which arguably offers the best view in the city. This was certainly the case for Canon’s relationship event.
Following a conference at the RAI, Canon chose to host a closing dinner in the glass dome of Capital C: a venue that, with its history as a diamond exchange, striking architecture, and panoramic views, guarantees a lasting impression. Canon embodies the Kyosei philosophy—sustainability, growing together, and creating an environment where everyone can thrive. It is precisely this pursuit of the extraordinary that forms the shared language between Canon, Capital C, and us as caterers. This evening was built on this triangle of vision, imagination, and craftsmanship, where environment, hospitality, and culinary creativity merge into an experience that goes beyond a dinner—a moment that resonates.

The result was an evening where everything clicked. The soft glow of the setting sun over Amsterdam, captured by the glass dome, provided the backdrop for a dinner that perfectly aligned with Canon’s world in terms of taste, presentation, and experience. Our dishes translated the Kyosei philosophy onto the plate: pure ingredients, surprising combinations, and a presentation that breathed both aesthetics and sustainability.
The guests—partners and resellers alike—moved through a setting that felt intimate yet grand. New connections were formed at the tables, conversations deepened, and Canon’s brand story was naturally reinforced by the environment and the culinary experience.
