Introduction
For Porsche Service Center Amsterdam, we organized the Porsche Pitstop Event: an exclusive experience for 80 Porsche owners who were given a literal look under the hood of their own cars.
In the workshop—hallowed ground for any car enthusiast—guests were welcomed by Porsche technicians who provided one-on-one insights into the performance, engineering, and condition of their vehicles.
We managed the full hospitality for this experience: from an energetic breakfast in the morning and a flavorful lunch in the afternoon, to sophisticated hors d'oeuvres at the end of the day. Guests were divided into multiple shifts, ensuring every owner received the time and attention befitting the Porsche brand.

The result was a day that felt like a deep dive into the world of Porsche.
While technicians revealed the engineering behind every model with passion and craftsmanship, we created a warm, culinary reception that completed the experience.
The workshop transformed into a welcoming meeting place where fans, owners, and specialists engaged in conversations about performance, precision, and a shared love for the brand.
The combination of technical storytelling and high-end hospitality created an incredibly personal and memorable customer journey. Owners not only gained more confidence in their cars but also felt a stronger connection to the brand—which is exactly what this event was intended to achieve.
